Our Guarantee

Up to 12 Months Guarantee

At Camera Jungle our used range is sold with up 12 months guarantee.

Our Used Digital SLR and Mirrorless range is sold with a 12 months guarantee on all 'Mint' and 'Excellent' condition equipment while our 'Good' condition used Digital SLR and Mirrorless range is sold with a 6 months guarantee.

Our Used compact cameras range is sold with a 6 months guarantee on all 'Mint', 'Excellent' or 'Good' condition equipment.

Our Used lenses range is sold with a 12 months guarantee on all 'Mint' and 'Excellent' condition equipment while our 'Good' condition used lenses range is sold with a 6 months guarantee.

Our Used Drone range is sold with a 6 months guarantee on all 'Mint', 'Excellent' or 'Good' condition equipment.

Our Used Accessories range is sold with a 6 months guarantee on all 'Mint' and 'Excellent' or 'Good' condition equipment.

Our ‘Well Used’ range is not provided with a guarantee, however this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to such products. ‘Well Used’ condition products are covered by our 14 day No-Quibble Returns Policy.

If your equipment develops a manufacturer's fault, we will collect it from you at our expense. We will then check if the equipment is repairable, if this is not possible we will offer a replacement. Please be aware that all our used items are unique so if a suitable replacement is not available we reserve the right to offer a full refund.

If you would like to request a repair, please e-mail us: hello@camerajungle.co.uk to let us know the fault with the camera, lens, drone or accessory and we will be more than happy to organise a free, insured courier collection.

14 Day No-Quibble Returns

If you have a change of mind for any reason within 14 days, your equipment can be returned hassle free. Equipment must be in the same condition as received. You can send the item back at any point within the 14 days, but please contact us first at hello@camerajungle.co.uk and we will organise a free, insured collection.

How To Return An Item

As long your used camera, lens, drone or accessory is in the same condition as when it was received it can be returned within 14 days. Unopened new items can also be returned within 14 days. In your welcome pack, which is included in the box with your camera, lens, drone or accessory, is a returns form which needs to be included with any returned items.

1. Contact us on hello@camerajungle.co.uk to let us know you're returning the product and we'll arrange collection for you.
2. Fill out the return form we email you, or download one here.
3. If the product is faulty or you are returning the product as part of the 14 day no-quibble period we'll organise a collection from you.
4. When we receive the item we'll contact you on the e-mail address listed in your Camera Jungle account
